What this site collects

When you reserve a Fizz Rizz VIP membership or join the waitlist, this website may collect:

• your name;
• your email address;
• your phone number;
• membership-related records, such as when you signed up, that you confirmed you are 18+, which agreement version you accepted and when, your membership status, notices we have sent you, and any cancellation.

Payment information

Payment information is handled through Square, our payment processor, rather than stored directly by the Fizz Rizz website. Your card number and security code go to Square, not to us. We keep only reference numbers Square gives us (for example, a customer ID), which cannot be used to make a payment anywhere else. Square's handling of your payment information is covered by Square's own privacy notice.

How we use it

• to hold and manage your Fizz Rizz VIP reservation, your membership rate, or your waitlist place;
• to send membership notices, including the activation notice before any charge, billing notices, and cancellation confirmations;
• to decide whether there is enough demand to build the VIP Lounge.

We do not sell your information.

Cookies

This site sets one cookie after you start signing up. It lets the site show you your own reservation status. It is not used for advertising or tracking.

To cancel, use the cancellation page or email feedback@fizzrizz.com. For privacy questions, or to ask us to correct or delete your information, email feedback@fizzrizz.com.
